Virtually any conditions that affect your muscles, joints, or nerves can be helped by physiotherapy.Common problems include:
● Acute and chronic low back pain (Sciatica, Wear-and-Tear)

● Shoulder problems (Frozen shoulder, Impingement, Rotator Cuff Injury)
● Golfer's and Tennis Elbow
● Hip, Groin, Thigh, Knee, ankle and Foot pain
● Work-related Pain or Repetitive Strain Injury
● Arthritis at Neck, Back and Knee joints
● Post Surgery, Orthopaedic conditions
What to expect at the clinic
At the first consultation, comprehensive assessment and examination including specific physical tests will be carried out to find out the nature and cause of your problem, and also to plan your treatment programme. It usually takes about 40 min, including required treatments. If necessary, follow-up will be discussed and arranged.
Normally, clients will be seen twice in the space of two weeks. In case conditions do not improve satisfactorily, alternative methods could be applied.
What to bring to your consultation
Documents
It is important to provide us with relevant documents regarding your present conditions, i.e. previous reports, X-ray, scans, referral letters and a list of medications that you take.
Clothing
Please be advised to wear comfortable clothes as appropriate, i.e. shorts, t-shirts and/or running shoes, prior to attending to the clinic. It enables us to conduct effective assessment and treatment for you.
